Boss Dog - Top Dog Assistant is a new, women-owned pet care service built for people who want their animals looked after right at home. We travel to you, so there is no dropping off at a facility and no strange kennel for your pet to adjust to. From the first meeting, we get to know your routine, your home, and the little details that keep your animals calm while you are away. Because we are dedicated 24 hours a day, we can step in last minute and conveniently when plans change.

Our days are built around what pets actually need. We provide in-home pet sitting, drop-in pet visits, and vacation, weekend, and holiday pet sitting to give owners peace of mind while they are away. Our care includes dog walking, cat sitting, litter box cleaning, and attentive support for indoor and outdoor cats. We also provide pet transportation, administer medications, and help pets through recovery with post-surgery care. Puppies receive gentle attention during their early stages, while senior dogs get patient care that respects their comfort and routine. For pets dealing with anxiety, we create a calm environment with thoughtful, personalized care that helps them feel safe and secure.

While we are at your place, we look after more than the animals. We can bring in mail and packages, water your plants, take out the trash bins, and alternate lights or blinds so your home looks lived in. We do basic home checks on every visit, and we offer pet transportation when your dog or cat needs a ride to an appointment. If you have a second dog, our package pricing gives the first dog our regular rate and adds a discount for the next one.

We serve Pawtucket and reach across Providence County and Bristol County in Rhode Island, along with Newport County, plus Plymouth County and Boston in Massachusetts and New London in Connecticut.
