Acceptance of Terms. By using https://bossdogtopdogassistant.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Services. Boss Dog - Top Dog Assistant provides Dog Sitting, Cat Sitting, In-Home Pet Sitting, Drop-In Pet Visits, Dog Walking, Senior Dog Care and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Ownership. Boss Dog - Top Dog Assistant (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Boss Dog - Top Dog Assistant makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boss Dog - Top Dog Assistant's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Boss Dog - Top Dog Assistant in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Boss Dog - Top Dog Assistant against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of RI, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in RI.
Updates. Boss Dog - Top Dog Assistant reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
